PeptideAdLab.com is operated by Peptide Ad Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”). This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you submit through the readiness review form or a booked session: first name, email, company, website, and optionally spend range and your description of the challenge.
• Scheduling data processed by Calendly when you book a session, under Calendly’s own privacy terms.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited, referrer and device type, used to understand which content is useful.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a readiness review, and run the engagement if you become a client. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a newsletter without a separate opt-in.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing josh@letsscalethis.com.

Third parties

We use Calendly for scheduling and email delivery services for correspondence. Any analytics we run is configured to respect consent signals.
