Scoring model
What the Score Actually Measures
Six categories, one hundred points. The weighting reflects what we see determine outcomes in this category — policy position and website transparency carry more than budget does.
Whether your site presents a verifiable business: real contact details, real policies, and documentation a reviewer can find.
How your products and claims sit against the policies that apply to this category at the same time.
Whether your product data and destination pages are prepared for the review Merchant Center actually runs.
Whether the conversion signal is trustworthy enough for automated bidding to optimise against.
Account standing, structure and whether budget is sufficient to produce decision-grade data.
Whether you know what a customer is worth, which sets the ceiling on what a click can cost.
Two things this score is not
It is not a prediction of approval. Google decides advertiser verification, ad approval and Merchant Center status independently, and nothing outside Google can forecast those decisions. This measures readiness and identifiable risk.
It is not a full technical audit. We do check your site: while you answer, our scanner reads your public pages for the business-transparency signals reviewers look for, and your report labels each finding as observed or self-reported. But an automated check reads published HTML only — it cannot see your ad account, your enforcement history or your margins, and it can miss content loaded by script. Where it cannot read your site at all, we say so and score from your answers instead.
Questions
Before You Start
Does this scan my website?
Yes — partly, and your report is explicit about which parts. While you answer the questions, our scanner reads the public pages on your domain and checks for the business-legitimacy signals a reviewer looks for: a privacy policy, terms, refund and shipping policies, verifiable contact details and an identifiable business entity. Those findings are marked Observed on your site. Everything a scan cannot see — your account standing, enforcement history, spend, tracking setup and unit economics — comes from your answers and is marked as such.
Two honest limits. The check reads published HTML, so it can miss a policy that loads by script or sits somewhere unusual — which is why you can correct any finding. And some sites block automated requests entirely; if yours does, we tell you plainly and score from your answers rather than guessing. The site analysis runs on our own scanner at GMCUnbanned.com.
Is the score a prediction of whether Google will approve us?
No. Google independently decides advertiser verification, ad approval and Merchant Center status, and no external tool can predict those decisions. What this measures is readiness and identifiable risk: how prepared the foundations are, and which specific gaps tend to cause problems in this category.
How long does it take?
Around two minutes. Depending on your business model you will answer eleven to thirteen questions — Merchant Center questions are skipped entirely if you do not sell physical product.
Do I have to give you my email to see my score?
No. The score, the category breakdown, the risks and your next three steps all appear immediately, with nothing blurred or locked. The email form is only for the longer written report, and it is optional.
What if we score badly?
A low score usually means the sequence has not been worked through yet, not that the business cannot advertise. Almost everything this assessment flags is fixable, and the order you fix things in has a large effect on how expensive it is. That ordering is what the next-steps section is for.
The Peptide Google Ads Readiness Score is an informational assessment based on the answers you provide and an automated check of your website’s public pages. Automated checks read published HTML only and can miss content loaded by script or placed somewhere unusual, so every finding is labelled by source and can be corrected. It does not guarantee Google Ads or Merchant Center approval. Google independently determines advertising eligibility and policy enforcement.
