Who we help

Built for This Market, Not Adapted to It

Peptide and adjacent health businesses, where advertising policy, search behaviour and acquisition economics all differ from standard ecommerce.

Peptide Companies

Research suppliers, wholesalers and manufacturers selling into a market Google reviews more closely than standard ecommerce.

Peptide Clinics

Clinics whose revenue depends on local and non-brand search demand rather than referral volume.

Telehealth Providers

Remote-consultation models where certification, geography and lead quality all affect what can run.

Longevity Clinics

Higher-consideration purchases with long research cycles and expensive, competitive keywords.

Regenerative Medicine

Practices marketing procedures where claim language carries real policy weight.

Functional Medicine

Programme-based practices that need qualified consultations, not raw form volume.

TRT / HRT Clinics

Established, competitive paid search where acquisition cost per patient decides what you can bid.

GLP-1 / Weight Management

Fast-moving demand and tight policy constraints on how the offer can be described.

Peptide Ad Lab is a marketing agency. We do not manufacture, prescribe, sell or supply peptides, and nothing here is medical advice. Research-use businesses are supported only where advertising policy and applicable law allow.

Why Peptide Ad Lab

Your Market Isn’t Generic.
Your Advertising Agency Shouldn’t Be Either.

Peptide advertising combines Google Ads policy, healthcare restrictions, competitive auctions, landing page compliance, tracking and acquisition economics — at the same time. A generalist team meets that combination for the first time on your budget.

01
Google Ads policies

Unapproved substances, healthcare and misrepresentation policies can apply to the same page at the same time. Which ones apply to your business changes what you can advertise and how.

02
Healthcare advertising restrictions

Certification requirements, restricted terminology and market-level rules differ by country and by business model. Scoping this before launch is cheaper than discovering it after.

03
Search terminology

Buyers, researchers and patients search the same compound in very different ways. Separating supply and specification intent from consumption intent is a structural decision, not a keyword tweak.

04
Landing page compliance

Google evaluates the whole domain, not just the destination URL. Legacy content is one of the most common reasons an otherwise clean account stalls.

05
High-intent search behaviour

Demand in this category is specific and commercially valuable. Capturing it profitably depends on matching campaign architecture to how people actually search.

06
Conversion tracking

Duplicate events, missing consent configuration and untracked offline revenue quietly corrupt the signal Smart Bidding relies on.

07
Acquisition economics

Consult value, show rate, repeat purchase and refund rate decide what a click is worth. Optimising to form fills without them is optimising to the wrong number.

None of this is exotic — it is just specific.

A generalist team can learn it. The question is whether you want that learning to happen on your account and your budget, or to start from work already done.

Book a Strategy Call

To be explicit: we do not claim to work around Google’s policies, and no agency can guarantee that an account or product will be approved. Our work is building responsible advertising strategies within the requirements that apply to your business.

What we actually do

One Channel, Owned End to End

Google Ads and everything that decides whether Google Ads works: intent, tracking, landing pages and acquisition economics. We are not a full-service agency, and that is deliberate.

Google Ads Strategy

Which searches are worth buying, what a customer is worth, and what the channel can realistically return at your margins.

Paid Search Management

Day-to-day ownership of budgets, bids, queries and ad copy against a cost-per-acquisition target, not a traffic target.

Campaign Architecture

Account structure built around commercial intent and policy risk, so spend concentrates where it converts.

Keyword & Search Intent Strategy

Separating buying intent from research and consumption intent — the decision that most affects both cost and compliance.

Conversion Tracking

De-duplicated conversion actions, enhanced conversions and consent handling, so bidding optimises to real events.

GA4 & GTM

Tag governance in Tag Manager, with GA4 and Google Ads reconciled instead of quietly disagreeing.

Landing Page Optimization

Page structure, offer clarity and message match between the query, the ad and the page it lands on.

Conversion Rate Optimization

Testing offers, forms and page flow so more of the traffic you already pay for converts.

Performance Analysis

Reporting on cost per acquisition, conversion rate and contribution — not impressions and clicks.

Account Audits

Fixed-scope diagnostics of structure, waste, tracking accuracy and policy exposure, with a prioritised action list.

Scaling Strategy

Budget reallocation on marginal efficiency, plus a tested path into Shopping and automation.

Not sure which of these is your bottleneck?

Score your business in about two minutes and see which of these to fix first.

Check Your Readiness Score

Not on this list: social advertising, SEO retainers, brand design, email and SMS programmes. Specialisation is the advantage — we would rather refer that work out than dilute the channel we are accountable for.

Why specialization matters

Where Peptide Accounts Actually Break

Six failure points account for nearly every stalled peptide account we review. They compound, which is why fixing one in isolation rarely changes the outcome.

Merchant Center Issues

Peptide catalogues get reviewed as product data and as destination pages at the same time. Most suspensions we see trace back to the site behind the feed, not the feed itself.

Website Compliance

Google evaluates the whole domain, not the landing page. One legacy blog post about dosing can undo an otherwise compliant catalogue.

Tracking Problems

Duplicate purchase tags, missing consent configuration, and untracked offline sales quietly corrupt the conversion signal that bidding depends on.

Shopping Feed Issues

Outcome language in titles, missing identifiers and unsynced availability limit both approval stability and performance.

Policy Violations

Unapproved substances, healthcare and misrepresentation policies apply simultaneously. Fixing one rarely resolves the enforcement.

Campaign Performance

Broad match on compound names pulls consumption-intent traffic into the account within days — expensive, and a policy risk in itself.

Specialist vs generalist

Why Specialized Beats General

The Ad Lab Method

We Don’t Guess. We Test.

Four stages, run in order, each one gated on evidence from the one before it. Campaigns are treated as experiments — one variable at a time, with the result documented and either kept or reverted.

01

Diagnose

We audit the existing Google Ads account, conversion tracking, landing pages, search visibility and the acquisition funnel behind them — before proposing spend.

  • Account structure and wasted spend
  • Tracking accuracy and de-duplication
  • Landing page and policy review
  • Funnel economics: lead to customer
02

Build

We develop campaign architecture around high-intent searches and the services that are actually commercially valuable, rather than whatever has the most volume.

  • Intent separation and negative structure
  • Brand / non-brand split
  • Service and compound level ad groups
  • Bidding matched to real conversion volume
03

Experiment

Campaigns are treated as experiments. Keywords, ads, bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages and offers are tested against conversion data, one variable at a time.

  • Structured ad and landing page tests
  • Bidding and budget experiments
  • Search term and query mining
  • Documented result per test, kept or reverted
04

Scale

Budget shifts toward the campaigns and acquisition paths producing the strongest business outcomes — measured on revenue and qualified demand, not clicks.

  • Reallocation on marginal efficiency
  • Coverage expansion once stable
  • Shopping and automation tested on a baseline
  • Monthly review against acquisition targets

Programs

Three Ways to Work With Us

Each one solves a different problem. Fixed-scope where scope can be fixed, retained where the work is continuous.

Google Ads Launch Program

  • Full-domain compliance audit and remediation plan
  • Policy mapping for your specific business type
  • Merchant Center preparation and submission
  • Tracking build with enhanced conversions and consent
  • Campaign architecture and staged launch
  • Documented change log for appeals
Timeline · Typically 4–8 weeks to launch, depending on remediation scope

Google Ads Growth Management

Solves: better efficiency, stronger tracking and a structured path to scale — for companies already advertising on an approved, stable account.

  • Weekly search term and policy review
  • Feed and product tier optimisation
  • Bidding and budget management
  • Shopping and Performance Max testing
  • Monthly compliance re-pass on new site content
  • Direct strategist involvement, not a junior queue

  • Account structure and waste analysis
  • Policy and compliance risk assessment
  • Merchant Center and feed review
  • Tracking accuracy verification
  • Prioritised action list with effort and impact
  • 90-minute walkthrough call

Documented methodology

A four-stage method and a seven-stage engagement framework you can read in full before you speak to us.

FAQ

Questions We Get Asked First

Direct answers, including the ones that are not in our commercial interest.

Can peptide companies advertise on Google?

Often yes — but it depends on what you sell, how you describe it, and where you sell it. Google applies several policies to this category at once, including unapproved substances, healthcare and misrepresentation. The practical question is never “is it allowed” in general, it is which policies apply to your business model and what has to change on your site before campaigns can run. That is the first thing we scope. Detail in this article.

Can you guarantee Google Ads approval?

No, and neither can anyone else. Google makes the final decision on every account, domain and product. Any provider promising approval is telling you something useful about how they work. What we commit to is the process: the remediation, the documentation, the implementation quality, and one well-prepared submission rather than repeated attempts.

Do you work with telehealth companies?

Yes. Telehealth is one of our core segments, and it comes with its own requirements — certification, geography, prescriber model and lead quality all affect what can run and what should be optimised toward. For consultation-led models we usually push toward tracking consulted patients rather than raw form fills.

Do you work with research peptide companies?

We work with research-use businesses only where advertising policy and applicable law allow it, and we will tell you early if we think your current setup cannot be advertised compliantly. Separating supply and specification intent from consumption intent is a structural decision in these accounts, not a keyword tweak.

What happens if my Google Ads account has been suspended?

We start with diagnosis, not an appeal. Most suspensions we review trace back to the site behind the account rather than the ads themselves, so filing quickly usually just burns an attempt. The sequence is: establish what the enforcement is actually responding to, remediate the domain, document the change set with dates, then make one prepared submission. We cannot promise reinstatement — that decision is Google’s.

How long does approval take?

It depends which clocks you are on: advertiser verification, ad review, Merchant Center review and appeal all move separately. Verification commonly runs days to a few weeks; ad review is typically 1–3 business days; Merchant Center review takes several business days; appeals can take longer per attempt. Preparation affects the total far more than luck — breakdown in our timeline article.

Do you build landing pages?

Yes, as part of the paid search work. We handle page structure, offer clarity, message match and the compliance side of what a page can claim. We are not a brand or web design studio — if a full site rebuild is needed we will say so and work alongside whoever does it.

Do you handle conversion tracking?

Yes, and we treat it as prerequisite rather than an add-on. That means de-duplicated conversion actions, enhanced conversions, consent handling, GA4 and Google Ads reconciled, and offline conversion upload where the real value happens after the form — which for clinics and wholesale is most of the value.
