Program

Google Ads Launch Program

For peptide companies that are not yet advertising — or that were suspended and need a clean rebuild rather than another appeal.

The program covers all seven stages of our framework: website review, compliance review, Merchant Center, tracking, campaign structure, launch and early optimisation. Campaigns are stage five, not stage one.

Google Ads SpecialistsOne channel, worked in depth. No full-service department splitting attention across six others.
Peptide Industry FocusThe policies, the review behaviour and the failure patterns are the only ones we work on.
Compliance-First FrameworkWebsite, policy, Merchant Center and tracking are resolved before a campaign goes live.

Process

What Happens, Week By Week

Typically four to eight weeks to launch. The sequence is fixed; the calendar depends on remediation scope and Google’s review clocks.

  1. Week 1

    Website & policy review

Full-domain read: every product page, collection, article, review and image. Policy matrix built for your specific business type. Prioritised remediation list with owners.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Remediation & documentation

Claim rewrites on the highest-risk pages, entity and transparency gaps closed, COAs and testing published and linkable. Dated change log started.

  3. Week 3

    Tracking build

One primary conversion action, enhanced conversions, consent handling, GA4 reconciliation, and an offline conversion loop where value sits downstream of the form.

  4. Weeks 3–4

    Merchant Center preparation

Verification and entity consistency, title and description rewrites, identifier completion, then a deliberately small clean scope submitted first.

  5. Week 4

    Campaign architecture

Intent separation, brand and non-brand split, compound-level ad groups, tiered policy negative lists, bidding matched to real conversion volume.

  6. Weeks 4–6

    Controlled launch

Narrow enough to survive a review cycle, wide enough to produce data. Disapproval monitoring and daily search term review from day one.

  7. Ongoing

    Optimisation handover

Weekly search term and policy review, feed work, then Shopping and automation tested against a measured baseline — not instead of one.

FAQ

Questions About the Program

Do we need to fix the website before you start?

No — the remediation plan is part of the program. We produce the prioritised list and either hand it to your developer with specifics or implement it, depending on how you want to work. What we will not do is launch campaigns against an unremediated domain, because that is the step that gets accounts suspended.

What if we get suspended during the program?

It is one of the scenarios the program is built for. Because we keep a dated change log from the first week, an appeal can point to specific evidence rather than restating good intentions. Suspension handling is inside scope, not a change order.

Can you work with our existing developer and agency?

Yes, and that is the most common arrangement. We define who owns which item so nothing sits unowned between two vendors.

What happens when the program ends?

You have an approved account, working tracking, a documented compliance position and a running campaign structure. Some clients move onto Growth Management; others take it in-house with the documentation. Both are legitimate outcomes and we do not make the handover difficult.

Is the timeline fixed?

The process is fixed; the calendar depends on remediation scope and on Google’s review clocks, which nobody controls. Most engagements run four to eight weeks to launch. We tell you which stage you are in each week rather than quoting a date we cannot hold.
