Remedora for Peptide Companies: What It Is, What It Publishes, and What We Could Not Verify

An evidence-based operator profile of Remedora, the all-in-one telehealth platform, for peptide businesses: what it offers, where peptides fit, published pricing, LegitScript claims, payments and Google Ads tracking, and an explicit list of what could not be verified.

Key takeaways

  • Remedora is an all-in-one telehealth platform — storefront, intake, a licensed provider network, e-prescribing, pharmacy fulfilment, payments and support — for prescription-led health brands. It is not a payment processor and not a research-chemical storefront.
  • It is relevant only to peptide businesses on a prescription path: a licensed provider prescribing and a pharmacy dispensing an approved or lawfully compounded product. Its own peptide article says a research-use disclaimer “is not a license.”
  • Published figures: platform pricing “from $200 a month,” a provider network covering all 50 states plus Puerto Rico, payments through Stripe and NMI gateways, and a HIPAA posture with a signed BAA.
  • Remedora says it is a LegitScript Enterprise Certification Partner and has taken more than 100 brands through certification, typically in 6–10 business days once documents are in. Those are vendor claims; we could not independently verify them.
  • On 23 September 2026 its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages rendered only headings, with no terms text. We list that and other gaps explicitly. Peptide Ad Lab has no relationship with Remedora.

What is Remedora, and is it relevant to peptide companies?

Remedora is an all-in-one telehealth platform, operated by Remedora Inc. with a stated headquarters in Florida, that bundles a branded storefront, patient intake, a licensed provider network, e-prescribing, pharmacy fulfilment, subscription payments and HIPAA-oriented support into one system. It is relevant to peptide companies only if they sell through a prescription pathway — a licensed clinician prescribing and a pharmacy dispensing an approved or lawfully compounded product. It does not fit research-use-only suppliers, and its own published guidance says a research-use disclaimer is not a legal pathway for human use.

How this page was built

Peptide Ad Lab has no affiliate, referral or commercial relationship with Remedora and was not paid or contacted for this page. Every fact below comes from Remedora’s own public pages, read on 23 September 2026, unless labelled otherwise. Where we could not verify something, we say so rather than infer it. We have not used the platform and are not reporting first-hand experience.

This profile is part of our payments and infrastructure series, alongside Tagada for peptide companies and how high-risk underwriting works. The two vendors solve different problems: Tagada centres on checkout and payment processing; Remedora centres on the clinical and pharmacy chain.

What does Remedora actually offer?

ComponentWhat Remedora saysRelevance to a peptide operator
Storefront and funnel editorBranded store on your domain; drag-and-drop funnel; built-in A/B testing; upsells and order bumpsYour landing pages; these are what Google and LegitScript review
Patient intakeCustomisable intake, consent and ID check; Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese translationsWhere HIPAA-sensitive data is collected; matters for tracking design
Provider networkLicensed, credentialed providers in all 50 states; “you never recruit, credential, or staff clinicians”The prescriber in the chain; licensure is part of LegitScript review
E-prescribing and pharmacyMulti-layer pharmacy network routed by formulary and geography; EPCS for controlled substances; sterile and non-sterile preparations; shipping to Puerto Rico; automatic failoverWhether a given peptide can be dispensed depends on what the pharmacy can lawfully compound
Payments and subscriptionsCheckout, refills and rebills built in; “works with Stripe and NMI”You still need a merchant account that accepts your business
Support and complianceIn-platform ticketing, HIPAA with a signed BAA, AES-256 encrypted intake, audit trailVendor side of HIPAA only; your own policies remain yours
Affiliate programmeBuilt-in affiliate management with postbacks, click IDs and tracking templatesAffiliate claims are still your advertising under platform policy

Remedora’s homepage lists verticals as weight loss (GLP-1 programmes), medspa, dermatology, hormones (HRT and thyroid) and hair. Peptides are not listed as a vertical. Its medspa launch guide lists “compounded peptides, GLP-1, dermatology” as examples of prescribing protocols to configure.

What does Remedora publish about peptides?

The most substantive peptide content on Remedora’s site is an 8 August 2026 blog post, “Are peptides legal? The 2026 rules.” Its position, in summary:

  • “Peptides are a chemical category, not a legal one.” The law regulates the pathway: approved drugs, compounded preparations under sections 503A and 503B, and “research use only” products.
  • Marketing research-use products for human use means selling an unapproved drug; dosing protocols, testimonials and subscription refills are described as evidence of intended human use.
  • Telehealth is “a delivery mechanism for a lawful clinical process, not a laundering step.”
  • Operators are told to choose molecules with a defensible pathway, have counsel sign off product by product, and re-check regulatory status quarterly.

The post also describes specific peptides’ status under FDA’s interim 503A categories. That status has moved during 2026, so treat any vendor’s summary — this one and ours — as a starting point for your own counsel, not a current legal determination. Our Unapproved Substances guide covers how Google treats these products regardless of their pharmacy status.

A platform does not decide what is lawful to prescribe

Remedora’s own post says so: which molecule, prescribed by whom, made where and sold how is decided by regulation and by the pharmacy’s ability to lawfully compound it. A platform provides rails. It does not make a product eligible.

What are Remedora’s published pricing and LegitScript claims?

What the price includesIntake and consent, clinical review, e-prescribing, pharmacy, commerce, compliance listed as shipping “in Remedora”remedora.com/telehealth-pricing

Certification track record“More than 100” brands; typically 6 to 10 business days after documents are in; described as “our observed range” and “not a LegitScript guarantee”remedora.com/legitscript-certification
LegitScript feesPaid to LegitScript directly; “no Remedora plan bundles or resells them”remedora.com/legitscript-certification
Launch speed“Most brands go live in hours”remedora.com

Remedora’s LegitScript page is careful in places: it says LegitScript “does not publish a standard review timeline” and that the application is filed in the brand’s own name, with its own entity, licences and clinical policies. That matters for advertising: Google requires telemedicine providers to hold LegitScript certification and then apply for Google’s own certification. See our LegitScript and Google Ads guide.

“Live in hours” describes the storefront, not the ability to advertise on Google. Until certification is in place, Search campaigns for prescription telehealth are not available.

How does Remedora work with Google Ads tracking?

Remedora lists Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, Triple Whale, Hyros, Customer.io, GoHighLevel and webhooks as pre-built integrations, and its API page describes signed webhooks for billing events such as captured charges and renewals. We did not find documentation explaining how Google Ads conversions are sent — client-side tags, server-side uploads or enhanced conversions — or which funnel pages carry tags.

For a telehealth funnel this is not a detail. Intake pages collect health information, and Google offers no BAA for Google Ads. Ask any platform exactly which pages load advertising tags and what data they send before you launch. Our HIPAA-conscious conversion tracking guide covers the questions to ask.

What should a peptide operator ask before signing?

  1. The contract. The published legal pages were empty when we checked. Get the full terms, BAA and any data-processing agreement in writing.
  2. The pharmacies. Names, licences, 503A or 503B status, LegitScript or other accreditation, and which of your intended products each can lawfully dispense.
  3. The prescribers. Which entity employs or contracts them, and how state licensure is matched to where you sell.
  4. Payments. Who is merchant of record, whose merchant account the Stripe or NMI gateway connects to, and what happens to subscriptions if you leave.
  5. Advertising. How conversions reach Google Ads, which pages carry tags, and whether the platform’s storefront pages will pass LegitScript and Google review with your copy.
  6. Exit. Whether patient records, subscriptions and payment tokens can be exported, in what format, and on what timeline.

Based only on what is published, Remedora is worth evaluating if you are building a prescription-led peptide or hormone brand and want the clinical and pharmacy chain bundled. It is a poor fit for research-use suppliers, and any operator should resolve the unverified items above before committing. To check whether your site is ready for Google review and certification, use the Google Ads Readiness Score or book a strategy call.

Founder Question

“Should we move our peptide brand onto Remedora?”

Our Perspective

We do not recommend platforms and have no relationship with this one. If you are a research-use supplier, it is not built for you. If you are building a prescription-led brand, it publishes a bundled clinical and pharmacy chain and a LegitScript partner pathway — and leaves its contract terms, pharmacy partners and full pricing unpublished. Those gaps are exactly what to ask about before you commit.

Practical Recommendation

  1. Confirm that your peptide products have a prescription pathway before evaluating any telehealth platform. A platform provides rails; it does not make a product eligible.
  2. Ask for the full contract, BAA, pharmacy partner names and accreditation, and merchant-of-record details in writing. The public legal pages were empty when we checked.
  3. Verify LegitScript claims on LegitScript’s own checker, and plan Google certification separately. A storefront that is live in hours is not an ad account that is live in hours.

What we learned

All-in-one platforms solve a real problem for prescription brands: the seams between intake, prescriber, pharmacy and payments are where compliance drifts. But the parts that decide whether a peptide business can advertise are still the operator’s — the molecules chosen, the claims on the storefront, the entity on the LegitScript application. A platform can shorten the path to a compliant setup; it cannot walk it for you.

Frequently asked

Does Remedora work for research peptide suppliers?

No. Remedora is built for prescription-led brands, with a provider prescribing and a pharmacy dispensing. Its own peptide article says a research-use disclaimer is not a legal pathway for human use.

How much does Remedora cost?

Remedora publishes a platform starting price of $200 per month. It does not publish a full rate card for provider, pharmacy or per-order costs, and LegitScript fees are paid separately to LegitScript.

Is Remedora LegitScript certified?

Remedora says it is a LegitScript Enterprise Certification Partner and its seal links to LegitScript’s public checker. We could not complete that lookup, so check the checker yourself.

Is Remedora a payment processor?

No. It lists Stripe and NMI as payment gateways. You still need a merchant account that accepts your business.

Does Peptide Ad Lab recommend Remedora?

No. We have no relationship with Remedora and do not rank or endorse platforms. This page documents what Remedora publishes and what we could not verify.
