Only laboratories that perform the analyses themselves, are operating, accept outside samples, have a confirmed facility in the country and document at least two of purity, identity and quantity testing are ranked. Coordinators, manufacturers with analytical services, global networks and planned facilities are listed separately without a number.
By the PAL Testing Evidence Score: up to 30 points for facility transparency, analytical scope, quality and reporting, and ordering transparency, based only on what each business publishes on its own website. Ties are broken by the number of documented testing services, then by name.
